Remote Services
Tools to ensure data integrity are implemented in our software products, enabling our experienced support team to perform remote diagnosis and to correct system trouble spots over the Internet or via a dial-up connection.
Our help desk answers customers' technical questions and provides additional on-line support and training as necessary.

On-site Support
Picom offers on-site support for the initial system installation and for product update installations.
Customer personnel who participate in our hands-on training courses are certified to configure the system, monitor and maintain the system as well as supply first level support to different departments within the organization.

Worldwide Support
